Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are more than happy to replace items that have been damaged in transit. To cancel an order, please send us a message with the name and order number. Cancellations will only be accepted before shipment confirmations are set out. Custom oil order cancellations must be requested via email to ensure that the oil has not begun production. We aim to ship all orders within three business days, however some customizable products (mainly
oils) may take up to two weeks to create and ship.
